Originally an idea that was bounced around with her husband, and inspired by their son and her wellness community, it is our hope that this book touches everyone who reads it and support the values to help everyone thrive and improve incrementally every day.

Filling in the Gaps
You’ve seen them in vitamin shops. Those ginormous packs of tablets, capsules, and gels. Goodness let’s get simple!
To be honest, this Girl-On-the-Go can do better with getting more fruits and veggies. I’ve tried store-bought green powders, but always felt sluggish and bloaty even up to almost an hour and a half after. Not a good feeling as you are walking into the gym, a class to train, or getting ready to sit on a plane.
The search continued because of how important a good foundational supplement supports the gut microbiome, and ultimately everything our bodies do.

A high-quality meal replacement protein powder does wonders. In a pinch, I’ve packed a shaker bottle ready to fill with water, or a milk/alternative if I can get it. Even better is being able to grab a cup of coffee wherever you’re staying and blend in your protein powder latte-style while still saving $2-4 per serving.
