Eggnogin’

And somehow we ended up with three cartons of eggnog. 🤣 ‘Tis the Season.

Of course, having an internal conversation as I stared into this morning’s coffee for an answer… and wanting to make the most of what we have while we have it in season, I decided to experiment (f— around) and note the results (find out).

And they were yummy!

Ingredients:

2 cups (240g) flour

1/2 to 1 scoop of 1st Phorm Level-1 High Quality Protein Blend, Cinnamon Cookie Batter flavor

1/4 to 1/3 cup of Truvia “Cane Sugar Blend”

1 tsp cinnamon

1 tsp ground ginger

1 tsp nutmeg

3/4 cup of eggnog

1/4 cup of butter

1 tsp of vanilla

But how d’ya know dough?

Directions:

• Blend dry ingredients together.

• Soften butter, then mix into eggnog. Mix in vanilla.

• Pour wet ingredients into the dry ingredients, then gently mix until you have a light, soft batter consistency that begins to stick to itself.

• Drop by the spoonful onto parchment paper.

• Bake at 325°F for 12-15 min.


Yield: 24 “two-bite” sized cookies
